Roger Johnson is Alfa Laval’s National Manager for Food & Water in New Zealand, helping customers optimise wastewater processes with sustainable solutions that save cost, improve performance and bring environmental benefits.

Roger has more than 15 years’ experience as a process engineer and industry expert. His career spans Alfa Laval’s extensive product portfolio of thermal, separation and hygienic fluid handling portfolio with multiple senior engineering and sales roles.

 

Eduardo Dal’Jovem

Field Service Engineer

Alfa Laval Australia

 

As a field service engineer, Eduardo Dal’Jovem has performed many major and intermediate services and repairs onsite at utilities and wastewater treatment plants in Queensland including bearings and o-rings replacements. He has also provided maintenance training on decanters to operators and maintenance personnel.

Eduardo has been working at Alfa Laval for more than seven years. He joined the company in Brazil before moving to Brisbane, Australia where he specialises in decanters and high speed separators. He is a graduated mechanical fitter and has an Industrial Technologist degree.

 

Chris Elliott

Sales Engineer, Separation Technology Sales & Service

Alfa Laval New Zealand

 

As an After-Sales Service Engineer for Alfa Laval New Zealand, Chris Elliott helps wastewater and utility customers maximise the lifetime value of their decanters by providing strategic advice and after sales support for equipment maintenance and upgrades.

 

Chris has 27 years’ experience in Alfa Laval firstly as a service engineer before transitioning to the Service Sales Engineer role 10 years ago and has a broad knowledge of Alfa Laval’s product portfolio mainly focusing on customer service for Waste Water, Protein and Marine and Diesel separation technologies.
